1. Overview
This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for paid StudAI One products and services. It should be read together with our Terms of Service.
2. Subscriptions and billing
Subscription plans are billed in advance for each billing cycle (for example monthly or annually). Your plan renews automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date.
3. Cancellations
You can cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access until the end of the cycle you have already paid for. We do not provide partial refunds for the unused part of a cycle unless required by law.
4. Refund eligibility
We want you to be satisfied. Refund requests are considered where:
- You were charged in error or charged more than once for the same service.
- A paid feature was materially unavailable due to a fault on our side and we could not resolve it.
- A refund is required under applicable consumer-protection law.
5. Non-refundable items
Some items are generally non-refundable once delivered or consumed, including completed assessments, generated credentials, usage-based charges already incurred, and custom services that have been delivered. One-time, low-cost digital purchases are non-refundable once accessed, except where the law provides otherwise.
6. How to request a refund
Email billing@studai.one within 7 days of the charge with your account email, the transaction reference and the reason for your request. We review every request fairly.
7. Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it can take 5–10 business days for the amount to reflect.
