By accessing or using Studai One services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

Use of Services

You may use our services for lawful business purposes only. You agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer our AI models
• Use the services to generate harmful, illegal, or misleading content
• Resell or sublicense access without written consent
• Upload content that violates intellectual property rights

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you provide. You grant Studai One a limited licence to process your content to deliver the services. We own all IP in the platform, models, and methods.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Studai One shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the preceding twelve months.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
