Are prices listed inclusive or exclusive of GST?
All prices on this page are exclusive of GST. An 18% GST is applicable on all StudAI One subscriptions as per Indian tax regulations. Your invoice will reflect the base price and GST separately. If you are a GST-registered business, you can claim input tax credit on your subscription.
What billing cycles are available?
Monthly billing is available for all product plans. Annual billing is available for most products and offers a significant discount — typically equivalent to two months free. Annual plans are billed upfront. Institutional and corporate plans (Career, Prism, Hire Campus) are annual-only. Bundles can be billed monthly or annually depending on the products included.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period — we do not offer pro-rata refunds for the remaining days. Annual plans can be cancelled but are non-refundable once paid. If you cancel before renewal, your account is downgraded at the end of the annual term. We recommend contacting support before cancelling if you need help finding a better-fit plan.
How does seat-based pricing work for BOS?
BOS is priced per seat per month, with a minimum seat threshold (3 seats for Essential, 5 seats for Business). A seat is one named user with login access. You can add seats mid-cycle and will be billed pro-rata for the remainder of that billing period. Removing seats takes effect at the next billing cycle — you will not be refunded for unused seats within a cycle.
Is there a free trial?
Most StudAI One products offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. Trials give you access to the Growth or Business tier of each product so you can evaluate the full feature set. Trial data is preserved if you subscribe. Products with usage-based pricing (Prism Individual, Career Student sessions) are pay-per-use and do not require a trial.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI (including GPay, PhonePe, and Paytm), net banking, and NEFT/RTGS for annual enterprise invoices. For enterprise contracts above ₹1,00,000/year, we also accept purchase orders with 30-day net payment terms. All transactions are processed securely through Razorpay.
Can I switch plans or upgrade mid-cycle?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you are billed pro-rata for the difference in the current billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle — your current tier remains active until then. If you need to switch from monthly to annual billing, contact our support team and we will apply any eligible credits.
How is my data protected?
StudAI One is built on India-first infrastructure with data stored in Indian data centres. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). We do not sell or share your data with third parties. For enterprise customers, we offer dedicated tenants, custom data retention policies, and compliance documentation (ISO 27001 in progress, SOC 2 Type II roadmap). Your data is never used to train shared AI models without explicit consent.
Do bundle prices change if I want different tiers for each product?
Bundle starting prices are based on the entry or most commonly chosen tier for each included product. If you need a higher tier for one or more products in a bundle, pricing is adjusted accordingly and we will quote you a custom bundle price. Contact our sales team for a tailored quote — bundling always results in a saving compared to buying the same tiers individually.
What happens to my data if I stop using StudAI One?
If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 90 days in a read-only state. During this window you can export all your data in standard formats (CSV, JSON, PDF). After 90 days, data is permanently deleted from our systems. Enterprise customers can negotiate custom data retention or handover terms as part of their contract.
