StudAI One collects only the information necessary to deliver secure, contextual intelligence across our products. This includes:
- Account data: name, email address, password hash, and organization details supplied during onboarding.
- Usage signals: feature interactions, device type, session duration, and performance metrics to improve reliability.
- Content you provide: prompts, uploaded documents, or integrations shared with StudAI One to power your workflows.
- Support records: communications with our teams including chat logs and diagnostic metadata.
How We Use Data
We process your information to maintain a trustworthy, compliant AI platform. Key purposes include:
- Delivering personalised features, recommendations, and shared context across StudAI One modules.
- Providing customer support, incident response, and service updates tailored to your deployment.
- Improving performance, accessibility, and safety through aggregated analytics and quality checks.
- Honouring contractual obligations and preventing fraud, misuse, or prohibited content.

We rely on the following legal bases to process data in alignment with Indian regulations, GDPR, and other applicable laws:
- Consent: for optional features, marketing communications, or data sharing you explicitly approve.
- Contractual necessity: to provide requested products and maintain service continuity.

Security

Retention
Data is retained only as long as necessary to provide services or comply with legal obligations. We honour customer-controlled retention settings and delete or anonymise data when an account closes or a contract ends.
Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You may also object to certain processing or withdraw consent. Submit requests via privacy@studai.one and we will respond within 30 days.
International Transfers
StudAI One stores data within India by default. When cross-border transfers are required, we rely on contractual safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and conduct risk assessments with partners.
Children's Privacy
StudAI One is not directed to children under 16 unless operated by an educational institution under appropriate agreements and parental or guardian consent. We promptly delete any personal data provided without consent.
Policy Updates
We may update this policy to reflect regulatory changes or new features. Material updates will be communicated through email and in-product notices at least 15 days before they take effect.
