Build the company that makes the world AI-ready.

We're looking for builders, thinkers and missionaries who want to work on real products, with a global mission, from India. You won't be a cog. You'll be a builder — and the things you touch are live, used by real people, and part of something going global.

// the pitch

We’re recruiting believers.
Not employees.

Most jobs ask you to fill a seat. We’re asking you to take responsibility for a mission: that AI growth becomes a right, not a privilege of geography, language or income. If that lands somewhere real for you, you’ll do the best work of your life here.

  • Work on products real people use — not slideware.
  • Ship to production in days, then watch the impact.
  • Own meaningful equity in a company building a category.
01Why join

Why join us.

We can't pretend to be Google — and we won't. The honest pitch is the stronger one.

01

You build real things

Our products are live. Real users, real feedback, real revenue. You're not working on a demo or an internal tool — you're building something people actually use.

02

You grow with AI

You'll use AI every day — not just as a user, but as a builder. Everyone here works AI-natively. If you want to understand how AI products actually get built, there's no better place.

03

You own your work

A small, high-ownership team. Your work shows up in the product, the brand and the outcomes. No layers, no committees — just you and the problem.

04

You're part of a mission

'Nobody gets left behind by AI' isn't a poster — it's why every decision gets made. If that mission matters to you, you'll fit here.

02How we work

How we work.

Six principles — short, honest, no corporate language.

01

AI-native by default

Everyone uses AI tools — not just knows about them. We build AI products; we should be the first to demonstrate what AI-assisted work actually looks like.

02

Ownership without waiting

See a problem, fix it. See an opportunity, flag it. There's no chain of approval for ideas — there's a bias for trying.

03

Direct feedback

We say what we think, quickly and specifically. We don't soften things until they're useless.

04

Outcomes over activity

We don't count hours, we track results. Work from wherever you're most productive — the output is what matters.

05

Learn in public

We share what we're building, what's working and what isn't — internally and externally. A team that learns openly compounds faster.

06

Build with the mission in mind

Every feature and decision connects back to 'does this help someone grow with AI?' If it doesn't, we question whether we should do it.

05Internship

The StudAI One InternshipNot a coffee-and-shadow experience.

Our interns work on real products, with real users, under direct mentorship from the founding team. You'll ship code, run campaigns, build content or talk to customers — depending on your track. It's a three-month, unpaid, learning-first program, and we're upfront about that: you invest the time, we invest real mentorship and real responsibility — and you leave with a portfolio of actual work, a verified credential, and a fast-track to a paid role.

// the honest deal

Format
In-person (Chennai) for product & engineering · Remote for content, marketing & research

Founder-signed certificate · LinkedIn recommendation · a Prism credential · fast-track to a paid role

// six tracks

3 months

Tech — Frontend / Backend / AI

Work directly on a live product — fixing real bugs, shipping real features, deploying to production. You will not be building a to-do app for practice.

need · Basic proficiency in the relevant stack (React, Python, or AI/LLM tools) and the willingness to learn fast. The ability to ship beats the ability to explain.

CS / engineering students in their 2nd year or above, recent graduates

3 months

Design — UI/UX & Brand

Design screens for real products, build brand assets, create social visuals and contribute to the StudAI One design system.

need · Figma proficiency, basic design sense, willingness to take feedback and iterate.

Design students, or engineering students with a design interest

3 months

Marketing & Growth

Run real campaigns — Meta ads, LinkedIn outreach, SEO content, email sequences. Track results, report on what worked, and iterate.

need · Basic digital marketing understanding, strong writing, comfort with analytics tools.

MBA students, marketing students, anyone who wants to understand growth in a real company

3 months

Content & Research

Write blog posts, build SEO content, research the competitive landscape, contribute to the AI Growth Report and the thought-leadership calendar.

need · Strong English writing, basic research skills, curiosity about AI and business.

Journalism, communication or MBA students — anyone who writes well and thinks clearly

3 months

Business Development

Shadow and then execute real BD — outreach to institutions, qualifying leads for Engage/Works, managing the CRM pipeline in BOS.

need · Communication skills, no fear of rejection, willingness to call and message real prospects.

MBA or business students — anyone who wants to understand B2B sales from day one

3 months, then ongoing

Elev8 Ambassador

Run Elev8 workshops at colleges in your area, recruit the next generation of ambassadors, and build the movement on your campus.

need · Comfort with public speaking (or the willingness to develop it) and a connection to a college campus.

Students currently enrolled in college who want to build the movement from inside

07Hiring process

How to apply.

Four steps, made explicit — because unclear processes kill good candidates.

015 minutes

Apply

Submit the form. No cover letter required — we ask for your name, the role or track, a link to your best work (GitHub, portfolio, a piece of writing, a campaign you ran), and two sentences on why you want to work here.

02within 48 hours

Quick screen

If your work looks right, a 20-minute video call with the hiring lead. We check communication, curiosity and fit — not trivia.

033–5 days

Work sample

A short, paid task close to the real work. Engineering: a small feature or bug fix on a real codebase. Marketing: a brief and a sample campaign. Design: a screen redesign with a short explanation.

04~1 hour

Final conversation

A genuine discussion with Paul or Vidhya, depending on the role — about the company, the role, what you want and what we need. Not an interrogation.

We aim to complete the process in under two weeks, and we tell every applicant where they stand — no ghosting.

// not an employee — a believer
08Elev8 ambassador

Become an Ambassador
We're not a big company. We're building one. The people who join StudAI One right now will look back in ten years and say they were in the room when it started. That's a real thing — and it comes with real responsibility. We work hard. We care about the mission. We're honest about what we don't know yet. If that sounds like where you want to be, we want to hear from you.

09Questions

Honest answers.

Still unsure? Pitch us anyway — tell us why the mission matters to you.

Apply now
Do I need to be in Chennai?

Not for most roles. We're headquartered in Chennai but hire remotely across India. Product and engineering internships prefer in-person; some BD and community roles are Chennai-based. Each listing says.

Do you hire interns and freshers?

Yes — that's a core part of how we build. Our internship is a real one: you work on live products under founder mentorship, and top performers fast-track to full-time.

Is the internship paid?

No — it's an unpaid, three-month program, and we're upfront about that. In return you do real work on live products under founder mentorship, and you leave with a portfolio, a Prism credential, a founder-signed letter and a fast-track to a paid full-time role.

What's the interview process?

Apply (5 min) → a 20-minute screen within 48 hours → a short paid work sample → a final conversation with Paul or Vidhya. Usually under two weeks, and we never ghost.

I don't see my exact role. Can I still apply?

Absolutely. If you believe in the mission and you're exceptional, pitch us. Some of our best people created their own role.

Is there equity?

Yes — everyone on the core team has equity / ESOPs. We want the people building this to own a real piece of it.

// be in the room

We're building it. Come be in the room.

Don't see your exact role? Pitch us anyway. The right believers always find a seat.
