Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and StudAI One Pvt. Ltd. ("StudAI One"). By accessing or using our website or products, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use our paid services. If you are under 18, you may use the services only with the involvement of a parent, guardian or your educational institution.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

We provide an AI growth platform comprising products such as Career, Prism, Hire, Loop, Creator, Engage and BOS. We may add, change, or discontinue features to improve the services. Some features are free; others require a paid plan.

You agree not to:

• Use the services for any unlawful, harmful, fraudulent or abusive purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the platform.
• Misrepresent AI-generated outputs as independently verified facts where they are not.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use, or that infringes others' rights.
• Use the services to build a competing product, or scrape data at scale without permission.

Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle shown at checkout. Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise and may be subject to applicable taxes (including GST). We may change pricing prospectively; changes will not affect a billing cycle you have already paid for. Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy.

The platform, including its software, design, brand and content (other than your content), is owned by StudAI One Pvt. Ltd. and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the services in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of the content and inputs you provide. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the services for you — for example, to process your inputs to produce outputs and to store your data. You are responsible for your content and for ensuring you have the rights to use it.

Our products use AI to generate guidance, assessments, scores and content. Outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed before you rely on them. They are not legal, financial, medical or professional advice. Where outputs inform a decision about a person (such as hiring), a human review is required before any final action.

The services may integrate with third-party tools (for example messaging, payments or storefronts). Your use of those tools is governed by their terms, and we are not responsible for them.

The services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as a job, a placement, a score or a business result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the services will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the services or your breach of these Terms.

You may stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the services in a way that risks harm to others or to the platform. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any consumer-law rights you may have.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
