Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using StudAI One's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the services on StudAI One for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the materials
  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer any software
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notations
  • Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" on any other server

3. Account Terms

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. StudAI One cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account. You must be a human, accounts registered by "bots" or other automated methods are not permitted.

4. Payment Terms

Paid services may be billed on a credit-based, subscription, or custom basis depending on your plan. Fees are charged in advance where applicable. Refund policies vary by product and plan — contact support for details. All fees are exclusive of all taxes, levies, or duties imposed by taxing authorities.

5. Cancellation and Termination

You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. You can cancel your account at any time by clicking on the Account Settings link in the global navigation bar at the top of the screen. The Account Settings screen provides a simple no-questions-asked cancellation link.

6. API Terms

Customers may access their data via the API. Any use of the API, including use of the API through a third-party product that accesses StudAI, is bound by the terms of this agreement plus the following specific terms:

  • You expressly understand and agree that we shall not be liable for any damages
  • Abuse or excessively frequent requests may result in suspension
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the API at any time

7. Data Protection

We process data in accordance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDP) and other applicable laws. Your use of the service is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
