What you’ll do — Own the visual and interaction layer across StudAI One's product pages and UIs. Work from Figma to shipped code.

What we need — React/Next.js, Tailwind, strong design sensibility, experience building responsive, production-grade UIs.

What you’ll do — Build and improve the AI inside Orin™ — the intelligence engine powering all StudAI products. Prompt engineering, fine-tuning, agent architecture, RAG pipelines, evaluation frameworks.

What we need — LLM application development, Azure OpenAI or equivalent, Python, agent frameworks. Production AI experience matters more than academic credentials.

What you’ll do — Build and maintain the API layer, external integrations (Shopify, WooCommerce, WhatsApp Business API, Razorpay) and the data infrastructure that feeds the Growth Graph.

What we need — FastAPI or Django, PostgreSQL, Redis, REST & webhook expertise, Azure or equivalent cloud.

What you’ll do — Design the experience across all eight StudAI One products and the main website — from research and wireframes to polished Figma files handed to engineering.

What we need — Strong Figma skills, product design thinking (not just visual), experience designing SaaS/app products, comfort in a fast-moving environment.

What you’ll do — Own acquisition across the individual products (Career, Prism, Hire, Loop) and the Elev8 movement — performance marketing (Meta, Google, LinkedIn), SEO and community-led growth.

What we need — Proven experience running paid campaigns on limited budgets with clear ROI focus, and an understanding of content and community-led funnels. Bonus: B2B for Genie/BOS.

What you’ll do — Build and execute content across StudAI One — blog, social, the AI Growth Report, email and thought leadership — plus SEO execution across all product pages.

What we need — Strong writing (English and ideally Tamil), technical SEO, comfort with AI-assisted content, ability to write across B2C (students) and B2B (SMBs, institutions).

What you’ll do — Own StudAI One's social presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and X, using Creator (our own tool) to systematise output, and build the founder and team brand channels.

What we need — Content creation skills, basic video editing, platform-native understanding, experience building a following from scratch.

What you’ll do — Own the institutional sales pipeline — universities, colleges and government bodies buying Elev8 programs, Prism bulk licensing and Hire placement partnerships.

What we need — Experience selling to educational institutions or government, strong relationship-building, comfort with long sales cycles and institutional procurement.

What you’ll do — Generate and close leads for StudAI Works (web/app/AI builds) and Genie (chatbot/voice bot for businesses), with a Tamil Nadu SMB focus initially.

What we need — B2B sales experience, strong WhatsApp and LinkedIn outreach, ability to demo and close AI products to non-technical business owners.

What you’ll do — Run the Elev8 ambassador program — recruit, train and activate campus ambassadors — and manage the community platforms, events and communication.

What we need — Community-building experience, strong communication, ability to manage distributed networks, Tamil fluency preferred.

What you’ll do — Support the COO in running day-to-day operations — vendor management, financial tracking, team coordination and client project management for Works.

What we need — Strong organisation, comfort with tools (Notion, spreadsheets, PM software), attention to detail, ability to own processes without being told.
