One counsellor, 1,800 students, and Class 11 stream decisions made by parents with no data
One counsellor managing 1,800 students meant only high-demand students got meaningful counselling time. Class 11 and 12 stream selection was effectively made by parents without any structured assessment input. The school had no data on where students went after graduation and no way to measure whether counselling was making any difference.
Every Class 11-12 student assessed by AI; counsellor focuses on students who need follow-up
Deployed Career for all 350 Class 11-12 students. Every student completed the AI career assessment independently. The counsellor used Career's dashboard to review reports, prioritise students who needed in-person follow-up, and identify cohort-level patterns across the year group. Parents received parallel reports in both English and Hindi.
All 350 students assessed for the first time; counsellor capacity effectively 8x
All 350 Class 11-12 students received a full career assessment — the first time in the school's history. The counsellor's effective capacity went from 30 deep sessions per year to meaningfully serving all 350 students. 73% of surveyed students reported clearer direction after their Career session. 81% of parents accessed and read the bilingual report.
“For the first time, I have data on every student in Class 11 and 12. I know which ones need me urgently and which ones have clear direction. Career turned a guessing game into a system.”
